Summary
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and objectives.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through proper data governance practices.
Contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven strategies within projects.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics.
Serve as a facilitator for the Scrum team, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and team members to prioritize and deliver high-value features.
Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Remove impediments and obstacles to the team's progress, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile and Scrum practices, promoting a high-performance mindset.
Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, ensuring effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
Work closely with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
