We currently have Residential Childcare Worker positions available working in our residential services in:

Salary: £22,902 - £25,599 per year (with a potential additional £2,475 - £4,125 on top of salary for sleepovers)
Hours: 38.5 per week

What you can expect from us:
After 6 months you’ll be encouraged to complete your SVQ 3 or HNC or further qualifications

What we expect from you:
Have previous experience working in a residential setting with young people or adults or personal relevant experience and the right values to make a difference
Have flexibility in the roles undertaken
Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in difficult situations
Support daily living tasks, activities, medication and accompanying our young people out in the community
Full driving licence
Obtained, or willing to work towards HNC / SVQ/NVQ 3 in Heath & Social or equivalent
