Summary

We know there are those out there that have trouble waking up in the mornings. You might sleep through your alarm and (id keep this bit to yourself) but you might have been told off once or twice for being late… Tut-tut. If this sounds like you, maybe it’s time to change your working hours? Alternatively, you’ll already be an established night-owl who is seeking a new challenge.

Not only do you love the calmer atmosphere that a night-shift brings, but because you are always striving for outstanding, you love the space in which it offers you to be able to make sure those smaller details are given the focus they deserve.

What you’ll be doing as a Night Porter

  • Constantly finding innovative ways to put a smile on your customer’s face – whatever the hour! That’s where embracing change comes in! An upgrade for one of your regulars who have stayed with you five times in the last month and well, why wouldn’t we want to go above and beyond?
  • Ensuring that every guest experiences a safe visit, exceeding all expectations surrounding cleanliness
  • Living and breathing outstanding service, instilling trust in your fellow team mates to commit to an outstanding guest experience
  • Driving sales opportunities and maximising revenue and occupancy levels

What’ll make you a great fit for this Night Porter role

  • It doesn’t matter where you’ve gained your experience, as long as you have incredible customer service abilities and confidence to anticipate and deliver on guests needs
  • You’ll need to be a night owl!

  • You’ll love people – and as a result, have great interpersonal and communication skills
