Vacancy – Helpdesk Administration Assistant
Our client a well-established local company are looking for a Helpdesk Administration Assistant to join their in-house call out team.
Duties include:
• Effectively managing a high volume of calls
• Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to clients and staff
• Liaising with customers,
• Processing client call outs
• General helpdesk administration duties
The successful candidate will ideally possess the following attributes:
• Strong customer focus
• The ability to work on own initiative
• An excellent telephone manner
• The ability to work unsupervised
