Main Responsibilities
  • Providing assistance to the Head of Product, to include various administration tasks.
  • Acting as a point of contact for both external third-party providers and customer contacts.
  • Collating MI and producing reporting packs for internal and external meetings.
  • Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on product performance, third-party SLAs, and customer outcomes.
  • Completing your work within service standards.
  • Assisting the management of complaints processes and to assist investigation into customer complaints.
  • Assisting the Product Team with project work to agreed time, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Working within all regulatory frameworks and corporate governance, having due regard for relevant statutory authorities and requirements – e.g. FCA, GDPR, ICO.
  • Forming really strong, persuasive working relationships with our third-party providers, to ensure we are getting the very best service and support from them at all times.

  • Working knowledge of financial regulatory frameworks.
  • Problem solving ability and commercially astute.
  • Customer centred approach and an understanding of customers’ expectations.
  • Committed to quality of experience, service, and the customer journey.
  • Highly organised.
  • An excellent communicator, motivator, and team player.
  • High level of attention to detail, able to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and flexible.
  • Ambitious and keen to develop both within the role, and the wider business.
  • A competent user across MS; excel, word and PowerPoint.

Desirable:

  • A good understanding of Saga Money products.
