Summary
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join a prestigious Tier 1 main contractor. Our client is one of the UK's leading providers of new builds of schools.
You will be part of a team who will be responsible for the new build of a large public school based in Cambridge worth £55m. You will be the number one on site and will have Site Managers reporting to you.
Your responsibilities will also include.
- Overseeing the project from start to completion
- Meeting regularly with clients, third parties and other managers to report on progress.
- Setting targets, objectives, and responsibilities for all supervised staff.
- Being part of a team responsible for the smooth running of the project
- Delegating work to colleagues within your team.
To be applicable for this role you must possess a valid SMSTS and have experience in the construction industry on school projects.
