Summary

Due to the continued growth of Pro Landscapes and Pro Machinery, we are currently seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Head Office based in Bracknell, Berkshire. This role is required in order to manage a range of new contracts which have been recently awarded.

Responsibilities:

- To be a first point of contact for the clients, whilst supporting their needs.
- To be able to proactively ascertain client needs and requirements and take the necessary steps to meet them effectively.
- Establish and develop long-term relationships with current, and new clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to help meet company goals and objectives.
- Create and execute customer development strategies and sales plans.
- Deal with any complaints with empathy, within a timely manner.
- Manage the communication between the clients and the Pro Landscapes/Pro Machinery internal teams.
- Provide various reports to other members of the organisation to assist with company growth plans.
- Provide information to the clients in a timely manner, to ensure works can be completed on time.
- Raise purchase orders, obtain quotations from various suppliers, and provide new and existing clients with quotations for works to be completed by Pro Landscapes and/or Pro Machinery.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Able to demonstrate strong communication skills with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Can work independently, but also in a close office team.
- An approachable and confident personality.
- Must be able to organise effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills.

Requirements:

- Account Management (1 year)
- Customer Service (1 year)
- Knowledge of managing CRM systems (preferred)
- A proven track record of successfully managing client relationships (preferred)
- Experience in the grounds maintenance/landscaping industry (preferred, but not essential)
- Be able to commute to the Head Office in Bracknell, Berkshire.

- Salary of £25,000.
- Core working hours: 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday, but this may need to be flexible depending on business needs.
