Typical shift as a Bank Support Coordinator
• There is lots for you to do and get involved in, from supporting in young peoples accommodation to working with customers in the hospitals.
• You’ll be helping our vulnerable customers in a variety of services……you might find yourself working in accommodation based services, a registered care home or possibly supporting our customers in a community or home based setting.

You bring
• Flexibility to work at short notice, as you’ll be the one picking your next shift.
• You’re a real people person, confident to work in different services, locations and teams and get on with colleagues.
• You’ll have experience of supporting vulnerable people, and to be brilliant, you have a positive can do attitude and the desire to learn and make a difference to our customers lives!
• You’ll have previous experience of working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively, producing and implementing risk assessments to keep our customers, colleagues and the wider community safe.
Due to limits on our current certificates of sponsorship, we are not able to offer sponsorship to external candidates for this role.  This remains under regular review.
Our team

You’ll join our wider services in Teesside, Durham and Sunderland region and the great thing is you can pick up shifts in any of the services that need support!

Job details
• Flexible working hours
• We pay £50 per sleep in shift
• We’re looking for you to work across Teesside, Durham and Sunderland region,  
• Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans / doing mandatory learning / keeping in touch with colleagues.
• To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that we’ll pay your mileage during the working day!
• You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
