We are looking for permanent, part time female Support Worker (30 hours per week) to join our amazing team in our Chippenham Service.
In Chippenham we support 11 people in total aged between 18-65. You will be supporting them to live independently and supporting them to access and participate in their local community, whilst providing excellent care by being attentive, reliable and supporting them to live the lives they want to live.
All the people we support love to be out and about joining in lots of activities and regular day trips out. They all lead a busy lifestyle with work and volunteering commitments that they attend during the week. Everyday is different, which is what is great about being a Support Worker at our independent living services in Chippenham.
This role could be for you if you;

- Have a caring and patient nature
- Have excellent communication and listening skills
- Great problem-solving skills

- Flexible with picking up shifts which include mornings, afternoons, evenings and sleep ins.
- Enjoy doing fun filled activities

Shifts run between the hours of 7am and 10pm.. There is also a sleep-in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £62.45
