Summary


Are you an experienced Administrator / Clerical worker looking to workflexible day shifts to suit your life style?

We have exciting opportunities to work within EPUT across South Essex.

You will have a good general education with Maths and English to GCSE standard or equivalent and Qualifications for computer skills to ECDL level 2 or equivalent.

Good oral communication skills based on Fluency of the English Language

If you meet the criteria for therole, you will be invited to an interview which will take place via MS Teams.

This challenging position requires someone who is a team player, flexible, organised and is able to work well under pressure. The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Consultant, clinical and Corporate teams.

This position requires excellent communication skills, customer service, administration skills(computer literate/typing/note taking/photo copying/filing/reception duties etc),dedication to exceptional patient care and service, the ability to meet the demands of working in a busy environment and is able to represent their team and department with due professionalism.

Working on the EPUT bank allows you to gain experience and skills whilst also having the flexibility to work the shifts and placements that fit around you and your commitments.
1. To data input and maintain information on computerised databases or systems. (ie Word, Excel, Total Care, Navigator, PAS).
2. Photocopying, filing and maintaining correspondence records as required.
3. Reception duties in patient and non-patient areas.
4. Directing and dealing with incoming or outgoing telephone calls as required.
5. Adhere to the Trust guidelines on confidentiality of patient records at all times.
6. Collating, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post.
7. All general administrative and office duties as required by the individual department or ward.
