What you’ll do as a Compliance Support Administrator

As a Client Support Administrator, you’ll be responsible for monitoring and responding to compliance queries via email and phone. This role also supports our office team where you will take on reception duties at our NG2 base. Communication skills and ability to adapt these at different levels will be essential in this role. You will be required to be professional, articulate, and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all queries are responded to in a timely and effective manner.

Additionally, you must be IT literate, have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be able to pick up new tasks and systems in a flash.

This role requires maintaining and producing accurate data records so experience of working with and handling sensitive data would be a huge plus.

What you’ll need to be successful as an Administrator

This role would suit someone who is eager to learn, has a positive attitude and is willing to take on new challenges.

You’ll need to have worked in an administrative capacity before and be able to stay within GDPR and compliance guidelines to manage and input data.
