An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Play Park Leader to join an enthusiastic and friendly team within InspireAll.

Park Play is a new and exciting programme which is expanding in Hertfordshire. It’s two hours of free community play, every Saturday morning in a park or public space.

This role is perfect for someone looking to engage with a wide range of ages and develop community leadership. The role provides the perfect opportunity to build relationships within a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment, allowing people to connect and have fun.

We are looking for someone who has experience of;

Delivery of sessions, especially to a diverse audience.
Building quick relationships with participants
Health and safety, maintenance and safety inspections of equipment
The role will involve;

You will assist setting sessions up, delivering the sessions and assist with tasks such as recording of attendance.
Must be able to create a rapport with all ages and abilities and be observant at all times
Must be patient, personable, outgoing and motivated.
Manual handling training & DBS check.
