Summary
Anchor Informatics Ltd is looking for a IT Analyst to deliver projects, development and change initiatives across UK & UAE. This role will contribute to providing robust, secure, and efficient IT services and their clients for the companies technology growth. You will be a part of a small IT Team in London and report directly to the Director IT Consultant. You will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skill set in the applications and power innovative IT projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support to our onsite and remote employees, resolving issues and fulfilling service requests.
- Supporting IT projects and business projects mainly related to real-estate.
- Helping the company by using advanced analytics to improve decision-making and enhance the customer experience.
- Assisting internal staff in effectively using technology for collaboration and productivity.
- Maximizing the value of our investments in IT & real-estate projects.
