Summary

AWS DevOps Engineer

Anchor Informatics Ltd, a company focused on Agile Developer Operations for online schooling applications for one of our clients, is looking for a visionary DevOps leader. They will be in charge of creating and implementing the organization's DevOps strategy and methodology, concentrating on culture, process, practices, and tools to improve the organization's capacity to deliver applications and services at a high velocity and in a sustainable manner.

We are looking for 02 AWS CloudOpps Engineers who possess end-to-end cloud architecture, design, development, integration, testing, and implementation.

They'll help with important components and shared common services, and they'll be eager to open source and share their work with client executives. They will be familiar with important DevOps technologies and have worked with them to produce cloud-native, large-scale, nationally vital projects. They will be able to lead and influence the organization's entire DevOps strategy and approach, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders on a variety of client projects to provide supportable, sustainable, and dependable services.
What will you bring?

• The capacity to develop a clear vision and strategy, as well as promote and push for its adoption across a wide range of stakeholders.
• A track record of successfully leading the deployment of DevOps methods and transformations at a large scale.
• The ability to take the initiative and lead from the front, inspiring and motivating others to work toward a common objective.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud-native and virtualization platforms (AWS, OpenStack, VMWare, and others), operating systems (Linux, Windows), infrastructure automation (Ansible, Chef, Packer, Puppet, Terraform, and others), and application hosting technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, etc.)
• Thorough knowledge of DevOps mindset, Agile methodologies, Infrastructure as Code, and leading infrastructure and operations teams in an Agile/Lean/Continuous Delivery environment.
• Knowledge of enterprise and/or web-scale hosting platforms, with a focus on security
• Knowledge of our end users' problems and experience collaborating with them to produce scalable, elegant, flexible, and relevant solutions that actually transform industries
• Advisory experience working directly with top IT groups.
• Worked with large enterprise architecture to develop technological strategies for start-up
• Experience as a speaker, author, or online contributor to the professional community
• Ability to operate in a team-oriented, collaborative workplace and with a variety of clients and also with Full Stack Developers
• A keen interest in or experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• Knowledge of SDLP (software delivery lifecycle process) optimization and business process modelling, as well as test automation, service virtualization, and infrastructure and application monitoring.
• Strong IT background with experience in software development (Java, Python, Ruby) and delivery of on-prem/off-prem/hybrid architectures using modern technologies and approaches: APIs, Microservices, Containers, PaaS, SaaS.
• Capable of directing multi-vendor rainbow teams as well as developing technical solutions on your own.
• Have a strong desire to acquire new technologies and be prepared to cross-train as needed in this fast-paced IT environment, as well as highly developed evaluation abilities, the capacity to appraise the potential impact of emerging technologies, and good presentation skills. You must be passionate about DevOps and thrive on delivering some of the most critical digital transformation projects for clients in order to be successful in this profession.
