The Russ Hill Hotel is a 189 bedroom-hotel that invites guests to dine at Rusper’s Restaurant, which offers traditional classic cuisine.
We are looking to expand on our skilled kitchen team and because we take great pride in the service we provide; we are looking for a full-time Chef de Partie who will bring fresh and exciting ideas to our kitchen team.
As Chef de Partie, you will be required to:
• Control the quality levels of product and services relating to the food operation and sanitation, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Oversee, co-ordinate and become directly involved in the preparation, presentation, and service of food products to always ensure the highest quality.
• Offer great customer service and answer guests needs appropriately.
The successful candidate will have a proven history of culinary experience, superb attention to detail & takes pride in their work.
