Summary
Senior Care Assistant - required for our new luxury care home ‘The Moat House' located in Great Easton near Great Dunmow, Essex, Part of the Country Court Family.
Hours: 44 Hours per week, working weekends on rota (Shift Times 07:45 - 20:00)
Moat House Care Home is in Great Easton near Great Dunmow. The sixty-bed home and has been completely refurbished and includes six well-appointed suites, promoting a lifestyle for residents that will offer a luxurious environment with exceptional personalised care. Together with round-the-clock hospitality and a daily fine-dining menu, our home will be a wonderful addition to the local community

Within your role as a Senior Care Assistant, you can really make a difference to our residents’ lives. Your responsibilities will include:
Helping our residents with personal support and care.
Aiding their emotional well-being and social needs
Administration and monitoring of medications to residents.
Supporting residents at meals time
Interacting with our residents on a personal level
Maintaining care plans.
Supporting residents at meals time

Experience as a Senior Care Assistant & leading a team.
Have a friendly & caring attitude.
Able to engage well with the residents and their families.
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social care or willing to work towards this.
Great communication skills, both written & verbal.
