Are you a cookery and food production expert, looking to share your skills and enable people to have a fresh start and gain employment in the Hospitality and Catering industry?
We are excited to be recruiting a Food Production Trainer in our Training Kitchen to train prisoners in cookery skills while delivering qualifications at HMP Ford, West Sussex. The Food Production Trainer will provide other Hospitality outlets in HMP Ford with high quality produce and train prisoners in the skills required to gain employment in the Hospitality & Catering industry.

Our Food Production Trainer will have relevant qualifications and industry experience in Hospitality or Food Production. Previous teaching experience is not essential as we will support you to become an outstanding Trainer.
