Summary
Working within the Registration Authority team (RA) dealing with Smartcard queries, Service desk calls and emails, ID checks, for Oxleas new users as well as Prison Staff working for the Trust. You will need to be able to liaise with all grades of staff throughout the Trust and must be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative. The successful applicant will need to be able to start as soon as possible. Please see attached Job Description for further information
