Summary
Neway is looking for a Team Manager to join the Children and Families Social Work team.
This role is starting on the 6th of May in an ongoing contract.
Paying £40.24 p/h PAYE (equivalent to £50.84 umbrella)
The team is an MDT team and therefore the person required needs to be able to engage with the partnership and bring them in line with the Josh Macallister review and develop a pathway for MDT approach across the council.
The team will consists of 3-5 Social Workers covering a small area of the Local Authority only, it currently has 2 Level 3 workers and 1 level 2 worker also. There is a small established team as part of the MDT however, this does need to be expanded.
The current manager leaves me on 4.5.2024 and therefore I would like that they come sooner rather than later however, if not they are able to meet the current manager at least a couple of times for handover.
