The Role
Full Circle is seeking an experienced practitioner to undertake a recovery coordinator role within Essex (working primarily in the Basildon area). You will be part of a wider team who work with Adults within the criminal justice system with multiple and complex needs across the County of Essex in the community.

We are looking for individuals with experience of working within the substance misuse sector or health care profession to fulfil a range of tasks from case management to care navigation, advocacy and multi-agency working. You will need to be passionate about recovery and working with clients to support, motivate and manage them to access a wide variety of services. You must have good communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team as well as being able to use you own initiative when required and to manage your time independently.

Salary of £24,250 per annum (pro-rata'd) with opportunity for potential yearly salary increments subject to appraisal, meaning an increase up to £28,000 pro-rata'd

About You
To join us as a Recovery Coordinator, you will need:

Relevant experience of working in the field of problematic substance use, mental health or another comparable field
Evidence of effective partnership working and the ability to network for the benefit of the client and service
Evidence of managing a caseload and excellent organisational skills
To be proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook and Word and be familiar with relevant database management systems
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience of creating person-centred care plans and/or timetables based on identified needs would be advantageous, as would experience of partnership working, liaising with community and criminal justice services and developing reintegration and resettlement plans.
