Summary

Guest Services Lead

Location: Braintree Village, Charter Way, CM778YH

Type: Full time and Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Various

Working 8-hour shifts per day, this may include weekends and Bank Holiday working (five days out of seven day week)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Guest Services team as a Lead.

Responsibilities:

-Ensuring maintenance of standards.

-Handling administrative tasks of the department.

-Checking uniform standards in accordance with company guidelines on dress code.

-Ensuring staff compliance with terms and conditions outlined in the staff handbook and company policies.

-Providing necessary training to staff for their job roles.

-Collaborating with the Line Manager and Guest Experience Manager to develop and conduct Guest experience training.

-Ensuring completion of mystery shop training.

-Conducting induction and on-the-job training for all staff.

-Leading the team in utilising the onsite feedback system.

The role of a Guest Service Lead is to embody this belief and to ensure that the Centre offers our guests a superb experience consistently, whether it's for shopping, eating out, leisure or utilising our services such as Click and Collect.

You will need an excellent phone manner and be efficient in responding to emails from guests and other departments within the centre.

You will spend a lot of time working on your own so you must be a confident person who can work under pressure at times.

You will be well presented, enthusiastic, driven, and help create a positive work environment.

Minimum of two years of experience in Retail or Customer Services. - Minimum of two years of experience in team management
