Your key responsibilities will include:
- Carry out opening and locking procedures for the building
- Carry out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs
- Assist in planned preventative maintenance programs
- Make sure heating, lighting and alarm systems are working correctly
- Observing and reporting
- Helping with movement of furniture etc
- Other reasonable tasks as required
What we are looking for:
- Good communication skills both written and oral.
- Work as a team member.
- Some knowledge of health and safety legislation.
- Preferred experience in building maintenance.
- Preferred understanding of boiler plant operation.
- Experience of caretaking, cleaning and security.
- Ability to assist in preparation of planned maintenance programs.
