Summary
Duties will include, but are not limited to: Providing highly specialist high-quality person-centred care which always considers peoples safety, privacy and dignity using advanced clinical knowledge that is evidence based. Monitoring prescriptions for safe, economic, effective and evidence based prescribing enforcing and actively promoting compliance with the DPHC and Local Area Formulary Providing expert clinical advice, leadership and support ensuring the needs of the service are met by exercising and demonstrating high levels of clinical judgement, critical analysis, and advanced decision-making skills. Leading the ongoing development of technician led systems for ensuring the safe, prompt, accurate and seamless provision of medicines to patients.
