Teacher of Business Education, Sinclair Academy, 35 hours per week, Permanent, Closing Date 6th May 2024

This post has a 12th August 2024 start date

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, creative, critically reflective, modern and forward-thinking Teacher to work as part of a new school team in a brand new state-of-the-art secondary school which opened in August 2023. The successful candidate will support the leadership of the ongoing creation of an inclusive, ambitious and distinctively Catholic school culture with a future-oriented curriculum which embeds twenty first century pedagogies, immersed in digital technologies. The school also has shared sports facilities of the highest standard.

Initially the school will opened with an S1 cohort but the roll is anticipated to rise year on year to reach its 660 pupil initial capacity by 2028. A future expansion strategy has been considered beyond this, potentially increasing the school roll up to a maximum capacity of 1,210 pupils. The post holder will initially support relevant curriculum areas across both Sinclair Academy and Winchburgh Academy.
