This fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a wonderful family who are looking for an experienced and committed live in domestic couple.
The position requires a full-time Handyperson/Gardener and Housekeeper and the live-in accommodation is a beautiful spacious one bedroom cottage with a garden, it boasts a lovely living room and kitchen area and bathroom and is separate to the main house and all bills are paid for . The role is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with an hour for lunch.
The couple need to have attention to detail and take pride in their work. Responsibilities for the housekeeper would include:
All aspects of housekeeping, care of fine fabrics and antiques, deep cleaning, laundry and ironing and general tidying.
The responsibilities for the Handyperson / Gardener would include:
All household maintenance. Dog walking and care of the family dogs so an animal lover is a must.
Gardening duties, lawn mowing, hedge trimming, laying fires.
Driving family members to the airport or to events; so, a confident, experienced driver is a must and a car is provided with this role for the couple to use on and off duty.
The right couple would also be happy to stay in the main house when the family are away to provide security and care for their friendly dogs. Please get in touch for more details regarding this amazing opportunity!
