Summary

Charity Fundraiser - Hybrid ( Part-time)


Salary: £23,184 pro rata (£38,640 per annum)


Employment Type: Part-time (*22.5 hrs/week), with occasional evening and weekend commitments

*Flexible around days worked, discussed at next stage

Location: Hybrid (HQ in Huntingdon, another office around East Anglia)

Key Role Description:


As a Fundraiser, you'll play a pivotal role in our Income Generation team, focusing on corporate fundraising and participation events. Your primary objective will be to drive sustainable income growth to support our programs, aligning with Papworth Trust's strategic goals. Collaborating closely with operational colleagues and external partners, you'll identify opportunities, cultivate relationships, and secure funding to fuel our mission.


The Ideal Candidate:


We're seeking a proactive, creative, and persuasive communicator with a talent for relationship management across diverse sectors. You should excel in goal-setting, target achievement, and deadline management, all while maintaining impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail. A team player at heart, you're equally comfortable taking initiative and driving results independently. Most importantly, you'll embody the values of Papworth Trust and empathise with the needs of the disabled individuals we serve.
