Moorland ICRS is a 9-bed specialist Intermediate Care & Reablement Service that opened in early 2022 based at HMP Moorland. The Moorland team adopts an inclusive, compassionate and punctilious attitude towards each other and their patients. HMP Moorland is a busy Resettlement prison where healthcare is provided 7 days a week. Intermediate Care GP sessions will be primarily providing clinical case management with the multi-disciplinary team of the Intermediate Care Unit. Hours This position is part time cover 8 hours a week (2 sessions) over 1 day Salary This position is part time, youll receive an annual salary up to 130,000 per annum FTE - depending on experience How will we support you?
