Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and hardworking individual, that can manage conflicting priorities, prioritising service delivery, and wellbeing. Whilst previous management experience is desirable, we are looking for someone with the correct core and transferable skills for the role. The post holder will have experience of supporting and managing staff in a clinical setting and a proven track record of high performance. You will take overall management responsibility for all aspects of service delivery and operational matters for the Bucks wide early interventions service. We are a team who are involved with research and regularly link with research projects connected with Early Intervention. We highly regard one another's professional background and support each other's contributions towards improvements to the care of our patients. We view supervision as fundamental to the functioning of the team both clinically and in terms of the wellbeing of our staff. Our working hours for the Early Intervention Service are Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00. Please note: New starters have a 6 month probationary period. This, together with the induction process aims to create a positive supportive working environment allowing new employees to learn key elements of their role over a reasonable timescale. Candidates not currently employed by the Trust who attend an interview for non-qualified Band 1-5 posts are required to undertake numeracy and literacy assessments. Appointment to this post is subject to the trust receiving satisfactory references covering 3 years of employment or study. Please ask your referees to respond promptly to reference requests.
