Summary

Learning Support Assistant
30 hours per week, 8.15am – 3.15pm term time only, permanent contract
Required September 2024
Scale Point 5–6: £23,500 - £23,893 per annum pro rata (£16,462 to £16,737 actual salary)

We are looking for a highly motivated, positive and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work 5 days a week, who will become an integral part of our team to help support students and contribute to the wider life of school. The position would suit either an experienced Learning Support Assistant, or someone interested in a career change who is passionate about working with and inspiring students, as no formal Learning Support experience is necessary. The position would also suit a graduate who may be interested in pursuing a career in education in the future. We have an excellent track record of supporting colleagues with the next stage of their career; you can train to teach with us through our own regional hub ‘Shires Teaching Alliance’. You will be working within a friendly, passionate team committed to getting the best outcomes for our young people.

* Have GCSE passes in Maths and English C+ / 4 or equivalent.
