Summary
An Experienced Support Worker is needed in Neath!

A Family run Adult residential home is looking for an experienced residential support worker to join their team. The Home cares for a maximum of 8 adults with Autism, Aspergers and other social learning disabilities. The Home prides itself on its exciting and frequent excursions and fun activities that the home host. Your duties would include ensuring the residents are always safe and happy, partaking in the many activities the home offers and record and report resident's behaviour and mental health in preparation for resident's monthly reviews.
The perfect candidate will have many years working in a similar setting and access to their own vehicle with a valid UK driving licence. Other duties would include helping cooking, cleaning, managing payments and supporting the progression of general life skills.
• Salary: £13.68- £14.68 per hour

To be considered for this role YOU will need:
6 Months experience as a Support Worker
NVQ Health and Social care Level 2
