We're looking for a Marketing CRM Adviser to join us our Co-op Insurance marketing team.

In this role, you'll work alongside colleagues across the wider business to continuously improve our CRM data capabilities. We'll look to you to help refine our targeting approach and explore how we can better use our first party data. You'll also be responsible for supporting the team in bringing our CRM campaigns to life through Salesforce Marketing Cloud. If you've got the skills and experience we're looking for, we can offer you the opportunity to play a key part in shaping our future CRM strategy.

What you'll do

* Assist in the development of marketing plans to help deliver the Co-op Insurance annual sales and income targets
* Create, develop, and implement targeting selections for CRM campaigns
* Perform pre and post-campaign analysis to measure the success of our activities and identify continuous improvement opportunities
* Work closely alongside the wider business to identify, explore, and co-ordinate potential improvements to our CRM capabilities (e.g. propensity models, mosaics etc), particularly analytics, data engineering and group CRM teams

This role would suit people who have

* Experience of data marketing within a CRM platform (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
* Experience managing test and learn activities and an understanding of developing campaigns using SQL
* Proven audience management and segmentation skills
* Good communication skills, with the ability to translate often complex information to a non-technical audience
* Good relationship-building skills, with the ability to co-operate with a range of teams, colleagues and third parties

Why Co-op?

If you've got the skills and experience we're looking for, we can offer you a competitive salary and great benefits package which includes 30% off Co-op branded products in our food stores (as well as other discounts on Co-op products and services). You'll also get:
* An annual bonus (based on personal and business performance)
* 28 days holiday pro-rata plus bank holidays
* A pension with up to 10% employer contributions
* Access to a subsidised onsite gym (at our Manchester HQ)
* Coaching and training to support your career development
* Wagestream - a money management app that gives you access to a percentage of your pay as you earn it
* YuLife - an app that rewards you for exercising with discounts and vouchers for your favourite brands
