Our Pharmacy team have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Administrator at our Cambridge Hospital. In this role, you'll ensure the handling of a variety of administrative tasks. Join us and continue your journey with us whilst we'll support you to be your best.

As a Pharmacy Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end administrative processes: This includes tasks like calculating drug prices, updating patient accounts, and providing medication quotations to clinicians and the clinical department for self-funding patients.

  • Prioritizing and organizing your workload: You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • You possess the ability to prioritise and organise a workload of changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • You have excellent communication skills and can handle inquiries from both patients and clinicians.

  • Good working knowledge of excel, word, and outlook.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • You understand the importance of adhering to policies and procedures.

Our state-of-the-art hospital, is central Cambridge's premium private hospital, boasting an Outstanding CQC score and offer a full range of medical and surgical specialties.
