Summary
Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiter/Waitress. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing attentive and efficient service to our guests while ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
• Present menus and inform guests about daily specials
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
• Monitor and Change tableware to ensure it is clean and presentable at all times
• Work closely with other staff members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic math and computer skills for processing payments
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
