We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our spa team as a Member Care Assistant. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of all spa facilities, ensuring a pristine and relaxing environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to uphold our spa's high standards of cleanliness

· Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued and cared for from the moment they step into the spa.

· Shift Schedule: 5 days from 7 - Early 5.45-13.45 / Late 13.30-21.30

· Perform daily cleaning tasks in all spa areas, including treatment rooms, lounges, locker rooms, and common areas.

· Ensure all surfaces, equipment, and fixtures are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to meet health and safety standards.

· Monitor and replenish cleaning and toiletry supplies in all areas.

· Notify management of any inventory needs or low stock levels.

· Pay close attention to small details, ensuring that all areas are impeccably clean and well maintained.

· Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs to the appropriate personnel.

· Carry out daily pool tests to confirm with health and safety legislation.

· Guest Comfort: Create a serene environment by ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the spa's reception area and facilities, contributing to an overall tranquil atmosphere.

· Team Collaboration: Collaborate harmoniously with fellow team members, therapists, and management to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.

· Product Knowledge: Familiarise yourself with our spa's premium product lines, including 111 Skin and Ground Wellbeing, so you can confidently provide recommendations and address guest inquiries.

· Multi-Functional – will be required to cover spa reception where necessary for short periods.
