• Working within our neighbourhood community teams carrying out OT assessment in the community
• Complete recommendations for DFG's, complete complex moving and handling assessment and housing options assessments

Requirements of the Community Occupational Therapist:

• Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
• Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist
• Recent NHS experience
• Registered with the HCPC
• Car driver
