Summary

Accounts Administrator | Knutsford, Cheshire | Monday to Friday 9am-4pm | £22,000 - £28,000 per annum + Commission

Our client, a family-run business operating Residential and Holiday Park Resorts, is looking for a proactive and well-organised individual to join their team as an Administrator.

Shifts typically run from 9am to 4pm, predominantly office-based with occasional travel to holiday parks to explore sales opportunities.

What will your role look like?

• Handling financial tasks efficiently using Xero software
• Processing payments promptly and managing direct debit transactions
• Proficiently manage and update spreadsheets to ensure accurate data
• Utilising various computer programs and tools for daily tasks
• Assisting with clerical tasks such as copying, typing, and filing documents
• Managing mail shots and promptly responding to emails
• Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry and management
• Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries effectively
• Executing mail merge tasks for efficient communication with clients
• Generating and managing invoices accurately and on time
• Uploading invoices to online payment portal
• Assisting potential new clients with enquiries in order to draw revenue to the park
