Hays Recruitment is working with a primary school in Bury that is seeking a HLTA to start as soon as possible. You will be responsible for supporting a whole class of students, as well as providing PPA cover for the class teachers. You will also be expected to monitor the progress of pupils with special educational needs and disabilities and provide tailored support during lessons.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- HLTA status or equivalent qualification- Experience of working as a HLTA in a primary school setting- Knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- A positive and flexible attitude- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
