Account Executive

Hybrid Working - Barbican, London (1-2 days a week) | Sales & Business Development | Fixed-Term Contract: 12 months | Full-Time

As an Account Executive, you'll bring experience of working in a client facing environment, excellent communication skills and competence with Microsoft Office packages. The role entails delivering outstanding customer service to B2B clients. You'll engage in daily interactions with internal and external stakeholders and your focus will be to build and maintain strong, trusting relationships.

As an Account Executive, you will:

  • Work closely with your Account Executive peers to relationship manage and develop a portfolio of corporate clients, with a view to maximising potential revenue streams.

  • Renew client contracts, conduct annual price increases in line with Nuffield Health's pricing structure to achieve revenue and EBITDA targets.

  • Organise and conduct client meetings, present key health & wellbeing statistics to support clients with improving their employees health & wellbeing.

  • Run management information reports as requested by companies and ensure that client eligibility lists are up to date.

  • Cross sell additional Nuffield Health service lines to clients to support clients in achieving their health & wellness goals.

  • Work closely with the corporate Client Business Development Manager to scope out clients with large incremental growth potential and initiate client expansion conversations.

  • Identify and develop opportunities to enhance B2B client relationships and become more efficient and effective.

  • Ensure all client queries are dealt with and resolved in a professional and appropriate manner.

  • Work closely with internal Nuffield Health functions such as Finance, Capacity Management, the Contact Centre etc. to ensure your contracts are running efficiently.

To succeed as an Account Executive at Nuffield Health, we are looking for someone with:

  • Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written)

  • Previous client management experience (ideal but not mandatory)

  • Track record of working to and achieving targeted KPIs

  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint

  • Ability to prioritise work
