Summary

Job Title: Learning Support Assistant Hours 8am - 4pm Mon-Fri

Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing learning materials and organising classroom activities.

Provide hands-on support and supervision.

Foster individual development and engagement with the world.

Adapt to various classroom roles, indoors and outdoors, based on individual requirements.

Lead activities, facilitate outdoor experiences, and ensure safety during exploratory outings.

Assist the classroom teacher in running exciting lessons & maintaining a clean and safe classroom. 

What We're Looking For:

Learning Support Assistant with experience in executing planned activities aligned with pupil interests and curriculum (desirable).

Strong teamwork skills, coupled with the ability to share ideas and collaborate effectively.

Passion for working with neurodiverse pupils, particularly those with SEMH.

Experience working with young people with SEMH is desirable.
