We are looking for someone who shares this vision and wants to join our team at as a Relief Library and Information Advisor covering HMP Littlehey and HMP Bedford.
We are interested in someone who:
· Has an aspiration to deliver great customer service
· Can demonstrate appropriate and effective communication skills with the aim of building positive and supportive relations with our customers, team and community
· Is IT literate and competent in the use of: the internet, email, mobile devices and applications and who could also offer guidance to customers
· Has the ability to work as an effective team member
· Understands Suffolk Libraries services and what it delivers
· Has sufficient emotional resilience to work in what can be a challenging but highly rewarding environment.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo Prison security vetting checks before any appointment can be confirmed.
