Duty Manager - Maintenance
96 Shenley Road & Threeways Community Centre
Full Time (39 hours per week)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Duty Manager to working with an enthusiastic and friendly team at 96 Shenley Road & Threeways Community Centre. This role will focus on maintenance across the sites.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing the maintenance / repairs / servicing on all plant, fixtures, fittings and equipment.
Ensuring all health and safety legislation requirements are met within the facilities.
Liaising with contractors over planned preventative maintenance.
To be the Duty Technician for events dealing with all technical requirements
What we are looking for:
Previous experience of the maintenance of buildings, plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings
To be able to write a specification for work to be conducted by contractors and to organise and oversee these at work.
To have a knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
To be able to work without supervision, using your own initiative
This is a hands on position which includes shifts and weekend working.
