Chef De Partie – Four Points by Sheraton, Edinburgh Haymarket.

YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE:
Prepare, cook, serve and store various dishes to include meat, fish and shellfish
Prepare Regional Dishes appropriate to the hotel menu, location and guest mix
Provide direction to the Kitchen staff, including Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters
Communicate to Line Manager any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information
Attend and participate in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
Prepare in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service
Clean and re-set his/her working area
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
Previous experience of a Chef De Partie role, from an Internationally recognised branded hotel
Previous work experience in a Marriott Brand is desired
