Summary of the role

The University of Exeter is committed to delivering world class education and expanding our educational portfolio to deliver diverse in-person and online opportunities to learners from all backgrounds and experiences.

The University is looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong sense of intellectual curiosity to support the delivery of our expanding range of non-traditional programmes, including those delivered entirely online, Degree Apprenticeship and flexible modular delivery (microcredential) programmes.

The Senior Student Records Administrator post offers an exciting opportunity to become involved with a range of activities within the Student Records team. In this role, you will support administrative activities associated with the maintenance of students' records, including the processing of changes to the program of study, awarding and completion of records, and conducting data quality checks. You should possess excellent IT, data analysis, and organisational skills, demonstrating the ability to manage and prioritise your workload effectively. Additionally, you should have experience in supporting large-scale databases and providing training to others on processes.
