Summary
Education Business Partnership (NW) Ltd in Oswaldtwistle are recruiting for a Customer Service Apprentice. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 Customer Service qualifications which will take approximately 17 months to complete.
Duties:
General Admin and office duties including
- Filing, scanning, data inputting
- Use of telephone - Confident in using the telephone as lots of work will be on the phones speaking to customers, clients and employers from the start of the apprenticeship on a daily basis.
- This will include booking appointments, asking them to be involved in our programmes, chasing paperwork and asking them to volunteer their time (not an exhaustive list).
- Familiar with using a computer and general Microsoft packages: outlook, word, excel etc
- Complete apprenticeship qualification

- Ability to work on their own and part as a team
- Confidence to use the phone both answering and making calls
- Willingness to learn
- Approachable
- Friendly
- Attention to detail

There are no formal qualifications required.

Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 4:30pm. Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm/4:30pm
