Sanctuary Personnel are seeking a Staff Nurse to join our client's team within the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at a prestigious London-based hospital dedicated to women and children's healthcare. The PICU at this facility, which maintains a "Good" rating from the CQC, boasts modern amenities and a 14-bed capacity. Operational since November 2011, it delivers cutting-edge treatment supported by a team of Consultant Paediatric Intensivists available round the clock.

Duties:

In this role, you will be integral to maintaining our high standards of care. Working within a favourable nurse-to-patient ratio, you will oversee the day-to-day needs of your patients, including those requiring extended stays. Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should hold NMC Child Registration and possess postgraduate experience in PICU or paediatric High Dependency Units. The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, coupled with a compassionate and empathetic approach, are essential qualities we seek in candidates.
