Summary
Daily Duties:
Hoover and mop (correct coloured mop) the Baby room.
Hoover all other areas of the nursery.
Clean, sweep and mop (correct coloured mop) children’s bathroom.
Clean staff toilets and sink area, sweep, and mop (correct coloured mop).
Empty all bins.
Every other day:
Mop the nursery and pre-school rooms. (Correct coloured mops)
Clean Glass doors.
Hoover baby sleep room
Once a week:
Remove all cobwebs
Empty playground bins
Be a reliable member of the team, working co-operatively and with flexibility.
Undertake a responsibility for health, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the nursery. Ensuring all areas are well kept.
Operate the highest standard of hygiene and cleanliness.
Ensuring adequate supplies are maintained, placing orders when stocks are running low.
Ensure the high standards are maintained taking into consideration the implementation of the nursery policies.
To be always committed to the safeguarding of all children.
Show a strong commitment to training and ongoing professional development, keeping up to date with recent developments and initiatives relevant to current practice.
Engage and reflect in supervisions of own performance.
