Summary
We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Early Years Practitioner to work in our recently OFSTED awarded ‘Outstanding’ Pre-School with 24 children aged 3-4 years old, term time only.
A love of working with children and excellent communication skills are key requirements. You should also be highly motivated to achieve the highest standards in your work.
Roles and Responsibilities:
To provide safe, high quality education and care for young children.
• Support children’s development, learning and play in line with the EYFS.
• Liaise closely with parents.
• Advise management of any concerns of the children, parents, or health and safety issues.
• Track and determine next steps for children.
• Promote positive relationships.
• Ensure there are resources available and accessible to the children and keep Pre-School clean, tidy and safe.
• Attend staff meetings and training courses as required
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by the Management in accordance with Pre-School objectives.
We are a small friendly team and this post is a great opportunity to work in Early Years for the right candidate.
Applicants must have the relevant Early Years Level 3 qualification as a minimum and be familiar with all aspects of working with children.
