Summary
We are looking for a Scheduler to manage and co-ordinate Engineering maintenance for our client. You will identify the correct resource from our networks of mobile Engineers and subcontractor's to attend the client site and deliver solutions within a building maintenance setting.
You will keep track and record time, costs and any additional parts or equipment used and needed. This includes updates on incomplete jobs and re-allocation of an Engineer, and scheduling work in a time efficient way to ensure that resources are used correctly. With strong IT and customer service skills, and experience in a service delivery or contact centre setting, you should be able to work to deadlines and be able to prioritise key tasks.
