Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for overseas suppliers under guidance of company’s manager, fostering positive relationships through regular communication via email, WeChat, phone calls, and video conferences. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products, resolve any issues or discrepancies, and negotiate favourable terms and agreements.
- Engage with customers through various channels, including social media, telephone, and on site to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Manage the end-to-end order process, including order placement, tracking, and fulfilment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align customer and supplier communication strategies with overall business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier communications, customer interactions, and order details.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies in all client relations activities.
