You will need

- Experience of working in an online retail environment, ideally a marketplace
- The ability to quickly grasp and utilise multiple product systems
- Project management skills
- Experience of managing a team
- Technical skills in MS Excel

Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and people of colour are less likely to apply for jobs unless they feel they meet every requirement highlighted in the job posting. So if you’re passionate about this role, but your skills, experience or qualifications don’t match the job description exactly, we would encourage you to apply anyway.
